Granleja (Graham, Anna, Leonie & Jamie) is a family run, small artisan producer of Natural Raw Honey and Honey Bee derived products. We maintain and manage hives across Lancashire, often nestled in hedgerows and wildflower areas, surrounded by an abundance of wild flora. We also keep hives around the wider Merseyside area benefiting from the huge array of urban forests and the diversity provided by residential gardens and local parks.

All our natural raw honey is collected in small batches, with every jar displaying a Single Hive Origin that can be tracked back to its specific location. During extraction we cold filter each hive so we don't mix or blend our honey.

We treat our honey as if it was a fine wine with each individual hive producing honey that is unique, echoing back to the changing seasons of the flora in the source area and of course retaining all of its 100% natural goodness.

The health and wellbeing of our Honey Bees is our most important consideration so we always leave plenty of natural honey for the bees to comfortably survive the winter months. We never take all the honey from our bees to sell.
